How to transfer your Parking Charge Notice (PCN)

Follow the steps below to transfer the PCN liability to another driver, or hirer.

Step 1: Find your Parking Charge Notice reference, this is located at the top of your letter.

Step 2: Remember your vehicle registration number

Step 3: Have the details of the driver or hirer you wish to request the PCN be transferred too.
